There is no fee for this permit, but you must have a permit before you begin your project. Click here to download a permit.

Permits can also be obtained at the Building / Zoning Office, 115 Harding Way East, 419-468-2642. You will be also be provided with the proper specifications for the sidewalk in your area.

Inspections needed: Call for inspection after forms are in place, but before concrete is poured.
Final Inspection will be upon completion or before use.

Note: It is your responsibility to call the Building / Zoning Office at 419-468-2642 at least 48 hours before concrete is to be poured.
