The City of Galion Law Department has three employees.
Thomas N. Palmer began a four year term as Director of Law on January 1, 2014. Thomas first moved to Galion in 1963, and is a 1976 graduate of Galion High School. He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in History from the University of Utah and a Juris Doctor degree from The Ohio State University Moritz College of Law. He has two children -- Judson, a 2007 GHS graduate, and Caroline, a 2011 GHS graduate.
The Crawford County Prosecutor's Office performs prosecutorial duties in the Crawford County Municipal Court's Eastern Division.
Jim Scott serves as the Victims of Crime advocate in the Crawford County Municipal Court's Eastern Division. Click on the link in the left menu for more information on this program.
