Galion's Splash Park opened in 2016. It is an aquatic playground with interactive water features suitable for children up to age 12. It is located at East Park, 1201 East Walnut Street.
There is no charge for admission.
Private rentals may be scheduled outside of public operating hours. The charge is $100 for a time block of either 11am - 1pm, or 7pm - 9pm. Rentals may be scheduled by calling 419-468-1857.
The Splash Park has a water re-circulation system: When water goes into a drain, it flows into a retention tank to be filtered and treated. Other control systems are in place that can turn off any of the water features or adjust water pressure and temperature.
